General terms and conditions
UDEB Administratiekantoor BVUDEB Administratiekantoor BV (Contractor) and the customer (Client) sign a collaboration agreement. This agreement is based on the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
The agreement is signed for the term of one year. If during that year neither party has cancelled the agreement, it will be tacitly renewed for the next period of one year.
If the Client does not want long-term collaboration, an instruction will be drawn up and signed by both parties, setting out the work and the price.
Both parties can terminate the agreement in the interim. Notice of termination must be given in writing, observing a notice period of one month.
The price list of the work is attached to the agreement. Quoted prices are exclusive of VAT.
The Contractor invoices on a monthly basis. The invoice includes the work performed for the Client, the prices exclusive of VAT, the amount of VAT and the total amount including VAT.
Payment must be made by bank transfer within 14 days of the invoice date.
